Electric Wheelchairs Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of electric wheelchairs under ASDI Fund for financial year 2025-2026 through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible firms authorized dealers and manufacturers are invited to submit separate technical and financial proposals through EPADS. Bid security of 2% of total quoted amount in shape of call deposit receipt in favour of District Officer Social Welfare Dir Upper is mandatory and shall be placed inside financial proposal envelope. Technical proposal must include affidavit declaring non-blacklisting registration certificates technical specifications signed and stamped bid forms and all supporting documents. Bidding documents are available on payment of non-refundable fee of PKR 3000. Financial bids shall be opened after approval of technical bids by procurement committee. Bid opening will be held on 01-06-2026 at 11:30 AM at District Office Social Welfare Dir Upper. Pro Tip: Suppliers should attach properly signed technical documentation and non-blacklisting affidavit to avoid rejection as non-responsive.
