Streets Pavement Works Improvement Tender Notice
Description
Improvement and pavement works for streets in VC Satal Tehsil Bahrain Bar Swat including PCC pavement and related civil works under MRS-2025 and non-MRS items through EPADS under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible government contractors registered with PEC Local Council Board KPPRA C&W Department and active FBR status for financial year 2025-26 are invited to participate. Bid security in favour of Administration VC Satal Tehsil Bahrain District Bar Swat is mandatory and original securities with signed documents must be submitted before bid closing. Rates may be quoted above below or at par with engineer estimate while additional security and detailed rate analysis requirements apply for bids below estimate. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days and applicable taxes shall be deducted as per rules. Bid opening will be held on 25-05-2026 at 12:30 PM. Pro Tip: Contractors quoting below estimate rates should attach detailed rate analysis and additional securities where applicable to avoid forfeiture.
