Webcams Cctv Installation Computer Labs Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of webcams and CCTV systems in computer laboratories on turnkey basis as per ETEA requirements for University of Swat. Sealed bids are invited under Single Stage One Envelope procedure from well reputed firms and authorized dealers possessing valid manufacturer authorization certificates and active FBR taxpayer status. Scope includes supply installation configuration and commissioning of webcams and CCTV equipment for computer labs. Bidders must submit 2% earnest money in shape of CDR in favour of Treasurer University of Swat and non-refundable tender processing fee of PKR 4000 through designated bank account. Eligible firms must have successfully completed at least two relevant projects in government semi-government or autonomous organizations. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 18-05-2026 at 11:00 AM in Committee Room Main Campus Charbagh Swat. Electronic bids through EPADS and hard copies of receipts are mandatory. Bid opening will be held on 25-05-2026 at 11:00 AM. Pro Tip: Suppliers should provide valid manufacturer authorization certificates and proof of previous relevant installations to strengthen bid responsiveness.
