Supply Of Contraceptive And Family Planning Items Tender Notice
Description
Selection and rate contracting framework agreement for supply of contraceptive and family planning items including - combined oral contraceptives - DMPA injections - progestogen only pills - emergency contraceptive pills - male latex condoms - intra uterine contraceptive devices - implants single and double rod - disposable auto-disable syringes for injectable contraceptives. Electronic bids are invited through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from eligible manufacturers and authorized importers registered with income tax and sales tax departments and active on taxpayer list. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately through EPADS. Mandatory bid security in shape of CDR or other permissible financial instrument in favour of Additional Secretary Population Welfare Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is required. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 21-05-2026 at 11:00 AM at office of Additional Secretary Population Welfare Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar. Technical bids will open on 02-06-2026 at 11:30 AM in presence of authorized representatives. Pro Tip: Manufacturers and importers should upload complete signed and stamped bid documents with legible technical specifications and valid tax registrations.
