Auction Of Kikar Trees And Timber Tender Notice
Description
Public auction for sale of 43 kikar trees and timber located at Government Seed Farm Ratta Kulachi Dera Ismail Khan with total wood volume of 772.60. Interested individuals may inspect the trees during office hours before auction date and obtain further details from the office of District Director Agriculture Extension Dera Ismail Khan. Participants are required to submit call deposit of PKR 50000 in the name of District Director Agriculture Extension Dera Ismail Khan to participate in auction. Successful bidder shall pay all applicable taxes according to prevailing government rates and deposit one fourth of the total bid amount immediately at the auction site. Remaining approved amount shall be deposited in lump sum after approval of auction. Successful bidder must remove all auctioned material within 15 days. Auction will be conducted on as-is basis on 26-05-2026 at 11:00 AM at office of Agriculture Extension Department near Bab Dera Bannu Road Dera Ismail Khan. Pro Tip: Interested bidders should inspect timber condition and arrange call deposit before participating in the auction.
