Vehicle Maintenance Repair Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of maintenance repair and replacement services for vehicle parts for Government Special Education Centre for Mentally Challenged Children Rawalpindi. Electronic bids are invited under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through EPADS using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure from financially sound firms and contractors registered with EPADS Punjab Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax. Technical and financial proposals inclusive of all taxes must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Bid security of 3% amounting to PKR 45000 in shape of CDR in favour of Principal Government Special Education Centre for Mentally Challenged Children Rawalpindi must be submitted before bid submission deadline. Successful bidder shall deposit performance guarantee of 5% under PPRA Rules 2014 before contract execution. Bid validity shall remain till 30-06-2026. Bid opening will be held on 25-05-2026 at 11:30 AM in presence of bidders or representatives. Pro Tip: Contractors should ensure EPADS registration and timely submission of original bid security envelope before bid opening.
