Solar Street Light Installation Works Tender Notice
Description
Municipal Committee Okara invites electronic bids through EPADS for providing and fixing solar street lights including single arm and double arm poles at Akbar Road and Government Colony Road. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with EPADS, FBR, PRA and PPRA. Bidders are required to upload complete PDF bids electronically and submit original bid security amounting to 2% of estimated cost in the name of Chief Officer Municipal Committee Okara before submission deadline. Conditional tenders shall not be accepted and all rates must be quoted in figures and words. Bids found corrupt unreadable or containing virus shall be rejected. Performance security shall be required for bids equal to or below 5% of approved estimated amount as per PPRA rules. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Pro Tip: Contractors should upload bids well before deadline to avoid EPADS submission issues.
