Machinery Supply Air Conditioners Photostat Machines Tender Notice
Description
Office of the Senior Civil Judge Civil Division Lahore invites e-bids for procurement of machinery including air conditioners water dispensers and photostat machines for financial year 2025-26 through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested firms must be financially sound experienced and registered with Income Tax Sales Tax Professional Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. All quoted rates must be inclusive of GST and PST and remain valid till 30-06-2026. Bidders shall submit electronic bids through EPADS along with original bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR bank guarantee or pay order before bid submission deadline. Successful bidder shall furnish 10% performance guarantee and complete supply within the delivery timeline specified in purchase order. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately. Pro Tip: Ensure all taxes and supporting registration documents are included with the bid submission.
