Hiring Vehicles Monthly Rental Basis Tender Notice
Description
Local Government & Community Development Department South Punjab Bahawalpur invites e-bids from experienced rental companies and firms registered for GST Income Tax and PST for hiring of vehicles on monthly rental basis under framework contract for financial year 2026-27 extendable for further three months. Required vehicles include Sedan Cars of 1600 CC 1500 CC and 1300 CC models 2024-25 and above. Procurement shall be conducted through e-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure according to Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended up to date. Interested firms must deposit bid security equal to 2% of total estimated bid value in favour of Section Officer General LG&CD Department South Punjab Bahawalpur in shape of Bank Draft Pay Order or CDR. Active NTN and Sales Tax Registration certificates are mandatory. Pro Tip: Submit best and final rates because negotiations are not expected under the procurement rules.
