Providing De Watering System And Accessories Tender Notice
Description
District Council Narowal invites e-bids from financially sound firms registered with PEC and relevant tax departments for making and providing de-watering systems with trolley diesel engine water sullage pumps canvas pipes rubber suction pipes and pipe clamp sets under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab EPADS only. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost must be uploaded in soft copy and submitted in original before bid opening. Procurement shall be governed under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Successful bidder quoting more than 5% below estimated amount shall provide performance guarantee up to 10% of work order amount. Pro Tip: Visit the site before quoting rates because all transportation and installation responsibilities rest with the successful bidder.
