Operation Maintenance Lifts Lahore High Court Tender Notice

Communication And Works Department through Executive Engineer 4th Buildings Division Lahore invites e-tenders under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for operation and maintenance of lifts installed at Lahore High Court Lahore and Punjab Judicial Academy. Eligible contractors must possess PEC Category C-6 or above with specialized code ME03 and valid EPADS registration. Three separate schemes include operation and maintenance of lifts at New Admin Block and 8-Court Block estimated at PKR 10.850 million, lifts at Parking Plaza 4-Court 6-Court and 12-Court Blocks estimated at PKR 10.433 million and lifts at Punjab Judicial Academy estimated at PKR 6.856 million. Bid security equal to 5% of DNIT cost is mandatory in the shape of CDR Bank Draft or Cashier Cheque. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded on EPADS before deadline and financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation. Pro Tip: Contractors without PEC specialized code ME03 will not qualify for further processing even if they hold required PEC category.
