Maintenance And Repair Of Elevators At Lahore Courts Tender Notice

Communication And Works Department through Executive Engineer 4th Buildings Division Lahore invites e-tenders under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure for maintenance and repair of elevators installed at Session Court Phase I Session Court Phase II Civil Court Awan-e-Adal Cooperative Building Masjid Block and Senior Civil Judge Block Lahore. Eligible contractors must possess PEC Category C-6 or above with specialized code ME03 and valid EPADS registration. Five separate schemes carry estimated costs ranging from PKR 2.587 million to PKR 5.215 million with 5% earnest money mandatory against each scheme. Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded on EPADS while financial proposals will be opened after technical evaluation. Pro Tip: Contractors without PEC specialized code ME03 will not qualify for technical evaluation.
