Workers Welfare School Furniture Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture for Workers Welfare School for Boys at Defence Road Lahore through single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders registered on EPADS with active NTN STRN and SECP registration are eligible to participate. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online through EPADS in PDF format according to technical evaluation criteria and BOQ requirements. Only technical proposals shall be opened initially and financial proposals of responsive bidders will be opened later. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost in the form of bank guarantee from scheduled bank in favor of Director Works Punjab Workers Welfare Fund Lahore is mandatory and original bid security must be submitted before expiry of submission deadline. Conditional bids shall not be accepted and procuring agency may reject all bids under PPRA Rules.
