Procurement will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding process requiring separate technical and commercial offers. Tender documents can be downloaded from official websites and purchased upon payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 for each tender. Tenders will be opened in presence of bidders representatives and suppliers outside Karachi may obtain documents through courier service.
