River Erosion Protection Canal Rehabilitation Works Tender Notice
Description
Civil works for erosion protection caused by River Chenab on right side near village Ghurna Phthana Tehsil Kotmomin District Sargodha including canal rehabilitation and protective infrastructure works under item rate basis according to 2nd Bi-Annual Market Rate System 2025. Procurement will be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure through EPADS in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible contractors must possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration for year 2025-26 along with Punjab Revenue Authority registration professional tax receipts and required enlistment documentation. Bid security equal to 5% in shape of bank guarantee or call deposit receipt is mandatory and original documents are required before opening. Manual bids conditional bids and incomplete bids will not be accepted. Successful bidder must provide execution schedule performance guarantee and arrange field quality testing during execution. Payments shall be made on actual work done subject to availability of funds and consultant clearance.
