Printing and supply of IEC material for Balochistan Deworming Initiative including printed awareness and communication material in accordance with approved specifications sizes paper weight GSM colour requirements binding finishing logo printing and quantities under Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Electronic bids only are invited through BPPRA Electronic Procurement System. Eligibility criteria include minimum two assignments of similar nature worth PKR 7000000 during previous three years turnover of at least PKR 7500000 active taxpayer status valid sales tax certificate and non-blacklisting declaration. Bidder must submit item-wise compliance and provide samples proofs for approval before bulk production and supply. Bid security equal to 2% in shape of bank guarantee or deposit at call is mandatory.
