Description
Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit Environment Protection and Climate Change Department Punjab invites sealed E-bids for framework contract procurement of kits through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. Firms registered with relevant authorities and tax departments including joint ventures and consortiums are eligible. Bid validity shall remain 90 days and contractors suppliers shall provide goods during financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost in shape of CDR Demand Draft Pay Order or Bank Guarantee in favor of Project Director SP&IU is mandatory.
