Spectrum Monitoring System Supply Commissioning Tender Notice
Description
Supply and commissioning of spectrum monitoring system for establishment of Islamabad Monitoring Station Housing FAB HQs Building including procurement installation commissioning and operational integration of monitoring infrastructure. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope bidding procedure under electronic bidding method. Electronic bids are invited from original manufacturers authorized dealers distributors and manufacturers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and active on Federal Board of Revenue active taxpayers list. Bidding documents include terms and conditions procurement procedure submission of bids bid security bid validity opening of bids evaluation criteria clarification rejection provisions and performance guarantee requirements. Pre-bid meeting will be held with online access for remote participants at 1100 hours on May 13 2026. Technical bids will be electronically opened at 1130 hours on May 25 2026 in presence of bidders with online participation facility. Manual hardcopy bids shall not be accepted.
