Supply Of Industrial Manufacturing Machinery Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of industrial manufacturing and processing machinery and accessories through electronic bidding procedure under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Only electronic bids are allowed and all bidders must be registered with Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA Government of Balochistan. Eligible bidders must possess at least two assignments of similar nature and complexity in previous four years turnover of at least 228000000 PKR in three subsequent previous years active taxpayer registration sales tax certificate and PEC registration up to category C-3 valid up to 2026. Firms must not be blacklisted and joint ventures are not permissible. Mandatory requirements include bid security equal to 2 percent deposit at call performance certificates verified from concerned departments power of attorney litigation details and original documentation. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Tender fee of Rs.1000 non-refundable is required.
