Office Equipment Supply Installation Tender Notice
Description
Procurement supply service and installation of plant machinery hardware IT equipment furniture fixtures and stationery for financial year 2025-26 under single stage two envelopes procedure of KP-PPRA Rules 2014. Bids are invited from contractors manufacturers service providers authorized dealers suppliers and representatives registered with FBR for income and sales tax and KPRA where applicable. Standard bidding documents including specifications quantities evaluation criteria and terms and conditions are available on EPADS and district courts website. Technical bids shall be evaluated in presence of committee and bidders while financial bids shall only be opened for technically qualified bidders. Pre-bid meeting will be held in Conference Room of District Courts Tank with video link access for clarifications regarding specifications.
