It Infrastructure Supply Installation Commissioning Tender Notice
Description
Supply installation and commissioning of IT networking infrastructure IT equipment miscellaneous equipment and Centralized Control and Management System under project Ensuring Productive Agriculture through Improved Soil and Water Conservation Practices in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Sealed bids are invited from reputable firms registered with FBR active taxpayer list and sales tax authorities through single stage two envelope procedure. Interested bidders registered on EPAD are eligible while manual submissions are not accepted. Bid security equal to 2 percent of bid cost in form of original CDR drawn in favor of Director General Soil and Water Conservation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is mandatory along with affidavit submission. Pre-bid meeting and proposal opening shall be held at Directorate General office in presence of bidders. Procuring agency reserves right to reject any or all bids as per applicable rules. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Carefully submit separate sealed envelopes for original CDR and affidavit along with EPADS bid submission to avoid outright rejection.
