Information Technology Equipment Supply Installation Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of information technology equipment including laptops computers scanners and printers for Law Department Civil Secretariat Peshawar under non-development budget financial year 2025-26. Electronic bids are invited through single stage two envelope procedure from firms registered with FBR income tax sales tax and KP Revenue Authority. Procurement documents are available through e-PADS departmental website and KPPRA portal. Pre-bid meeting shall be held in committee room of Law Department. Bid security equal to 2 percent of quoted amount in shape of call deposit receipt in favor of Section Officer General is mandatory with scanned copy uploaded on e-PADS and original submitted physically before deadline. Technical bids shall be opened electronically in presence of bidders representatives. Procuring entity reserves right to reject bids under applicable KPPRA rules.
