It Peripherals Office Equipment Installation Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of IT peripherals and allied office equipment for 22 MW Jagra-IV Hydropower Project under single stage single envelope bidding procedure. Interested bidders may obtain bidding documents upon written application on company letterhead along with non-refundable fee of Rs.5000. Proof of similar work experience is mandatory. Bids shall be submitted at project office and opened in presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Bid security amounting to Rs.100000 in form of call deposit receipt from scheduled bank is required with bid submission. Successful bidder shall provide performance security equal to 10 percent of accepted bid price prior to signing of agreement. Procuring agency reserves right to reject bids under AJK PPRA Rules 33. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Attach proof of similar project experience and required bid security with sealed bid to ensure responsiveness.
