Procurement Kits Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of kits for financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27 under Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit Environment Protection and Climate Change Department. Sealed electronic technical and financial bids are invited from firms registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments while joint venture consortium participation is allowed. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. Bid validity shall remain 90 days and bid security amounting to Rs.250000 in form of CDR demand draft pay order or bank guarantee in favor of Project Director is mandatory. Hard copy of financial instrument along with scanned copy uploaded on EPADS is required. Incomplete conditional bids and bids without specified security shall be rejected. Procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids under Punjab PPRA Rules. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Ensure timely EPADS upload and physical submission of bid security instrument before opening schedule to avoid disqualification.
