Xlpe Power Cables Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of 15 kV XLPE unarmoured power cables single core 240mm2 500MCM for IESCO Regional Store Islamabad through international competitive bidding procedure on EPADS v2.0. Electronic bids are invited from bidders manufacturers and joint ventures possessing prototype approval or type test according to bidding requirements. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope procedure and prices must remain firm without foreign exchange involvement. Bid validity shall remain for 60 days while original bid security of 37 million PKR per lot in form of bank guarantee or CDR from scheduled bank is mandatory before bid closing time. Foreign bidders shall submit bid security through SWIFT via Pakistani banks. Tender opening shall take place in presence of participants or authorized representatives. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Submit original bid security before EPADS deadline because late or missing security shall render bid non-responsive.
