Housing Street Infrastructure Rehabilitation Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation works for 03 marla housing scheme Pasrur and rehabilitation of roads streets and street lights in development scheme Narowal under Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency. Bids are invited from contractors and firms registered on E-PADS with active FBR and PRA registration. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope procedure through Punjab EPADS. Bid security in shape of bank guarantee or CDR equal to 5 percent of estimated cost valid for bid validity period plus 20 days is mandatory in both soft and original hard copy form before submission deadline. Technical bids shall be opened electronically while only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for financial bid opening. Procurement shall be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Upload readable PDF bids on EPADS and submit original bid security before deadline because corrupt or unreadable files shall be rejected.
