Procurement Of Electro Medical Equipment For Pessi Hospitals Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of electro medical equipment for PESSI Hospitals and Directorates under Zone-V for the year 2025-26 on CIF and DDP basis. E-bids are invited from registered bidders on EPADS including registered sales tax and income tax active taxpayers, valid sole or authorized agents of OEM, registered with DRAP and PNRA where essential. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated price of quoted tender in shape of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order is mandatory for each package or lot. E-bids submission deadline is 23-05-2026 at 11:00 AM and opening will be held on same day at 11:30 AM through E-PADS.
