Construction Drainage Works Muharram Routes Tender Notice
Description
Repair and construction works for Muharram Ul Haram 2026 routes including surface drains brick pavement earth filling providing and laying sub base RCC pipes PVC pipes fixing manhole covers RCC slabs PCC works and associated infrastructure arrangements under jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Kot Chutta. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure using least cost method. Interested firms contractors and suppliers registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category are eligible to participate. Earnest money equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR from scheduled bank is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before bid closing time. Electronic bids must be uploaded in PDF format through E-PADS and bids containing corrupt unreadable or virus infected files shall be rejected. Conditional and telephonic tenders shall not be entertained. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Contractors should ensure scanned and original CDR submission along with complete signed financial documents to maintain responsive status.
