Procurement Machinery Cctv Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract procurement for purchase of machinery and information technology equipment including CCTV cameras for financial year 2025-26 through E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested firms distributors dealers and suppliers registered with sales tax income tax professional tax and Punjab sales tax departments are eligible to participate. Electronic bids are required to be submitted through E-PADS. Refundable bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated amount in shape of CDR or bank guarantee must be deposited before bid submission deadline. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of total contract value. Minimum one year warranty with free replacement service and maintenance is required. Delivery of items must be completed within 10 days after issuance of supply or work order.
