Procurement Information Technology Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of information technology equipment through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and amended Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Interested firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities having good reputation are eligible to participate. Technical and financial bids are required to be submitted electronically through E-PADS. Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost in shape of CDR in favor of Treasurer GCWUF must be uploaded with bid documents and original CDR submitted before opening of technical bids otherwise bid shall be rejected. Bidders are advised to upload bids before deadline as bid submission on E-PADS shall entirely remain responsibility of bidder. Incomplete unsigned unstamped or late bids shall not be entertained. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Suppliers should ensure timely E-PADS uploads original CDR submission and complete signed technical documentation to avoid disqualification.
