Description
Addition alteration and improvement works for Residence No MOF-07 Bhawalpur House GOR-II Lahore and Residence No BOF-77 Shadman GOR-III Lahore under Communication and Works Department 8th Buildings Division Lahore through EPADS. Procurement shall be carried out through e-tendering in accordance with PPRA Rules and bidders must possess valid PEC registration with relevant specialization codes for financial year 2025-26. Estimated costs are Rs.20,00,000 and Rs.10,00,000 with earnest money Rs.100,000 and Rs.50,000 respectively. Original CDR Bank Draft or Cashier Cheque must be submitted before closing time otherwise online bids shall not be entertained.
