Traffic Signal Utc Systems Upgradation Tender Notice
Description
Upgradation of traffic signals with Pelican Signal Vehicle Video Detection VVD and UTC Controllers at different junctions in Lahore City under multiple packages through E-PADS. Procurement includes Package-I Package-II Package-III and Package-IV works with single stage two envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Interested contractors and firms registered with E-PADS FBR and PRA having active NTN and PNTN are invited to submit electronic bids. Bid security equivalent to 5% of estimated cost in shape of Bank Guarantee or CDR is mandatory and original hard copy must be submitted before bid closing time. Technical bids shall be opened electronically and only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for opening of financial bids. Conditional bids shall not be accepted.
