Renovation Allied Works Furniture Fixtures Tender Notice
Description
Renovation and allied works along with furniture and fixtures at Azam Business Park Sheikhupura for GTTI Quaid E under single stage two envelope bidding procedure through Punjab E-PADS system. Interested contractors and firms enlisted renewed and active with Punjab E-PADS PEC FBR and PRA in category C5 and above with relevant Civil and Electrical specialization codes are invited to submit bids based on approved BOQ item rates. Bidders are required to submit undertaking on stamp paper worth Pak.300/- confirming that the firm is not blacklisted by TEVTA. Original PEC license with relevant specialization codes must be produced at the time of opening. Bid security amounting to 2% of estimated cost in shape of CDR Bank Draft Cashier Cheque or Pay Order in favor of Chairperson TEVTA is mandatory. Conditional tenders and bids without earnest money shall be rejected. Procurement shall follow accumulative cost based least cost method under PPRA Rules and performance guarantee requirements under Clause 56. Technical bids will be opened on the same day and financial bids will be opened after technical evaluation.
