Procurement of office stationery computer stationery printing and publication materials IT equipment and machinery including white paper reams shorthand copies toners cartridges index forms registers computers backup UPS printers scanners CCTV cameras hard drives NVR POE switches photocopy machines water dispensers air conditioners chillers LED TVs and miscellaneous gym items for financial year 2025-2026 through E-PADS under single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Interested firms manufacturers distributors dealers and suppliers registered with Sales Tax Income Tax and Punjab Sales Tax Department are invited to participate. Bid security amounting to 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR is mandatory along with affidavit confirming that the firm is not blacklisted. Only technically approved bids shall qualify for opening of financial bids and successful bidders shall furnish 10% performance guarantee before issuance of supply order.
