Procurement of uniform articles through EPADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope bidding procedure from financially sound firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax PRA and Professional Tax authorities. Bid security equivalent to 5% of estimated cost is mandatory and successful bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee. Samples of all quoted items are compulsory for technical evaluation and rates must be inclusive of GST and PST.
