Medical Equipment Hvac Ict Fire Fighting Supplies Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of fire alarm systems isolation room equipment HVAC equipment cold store equipment hot water geysers rapid infusers sequential compression devices ultrasonic cleaners fluid warmer cabinets medical equipment for operation theatre endoscopy consumables ICT consumables linear equipment general equipment printing items laundry consumables air purifiers plumbing electrical items electrical cables tools hardware fire fighting equipment medical gas pipeline installation and HVAC spare parts for PKLI and Research Center Rawalpindi through e-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and reflected on Active Taxpayer List are invited to participate. Bid security equivalent to 2% of estimated amount in shape of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order is mandatory and original bid security must be physically submitted before bid submission deadline. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Bid validity period is 180 days from opening date.
