Construction Aggregates Sand Materials Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of crushed bajri harrow sand and base course aggregate for patch work at Asphalt Plant MCL Outfall Road Lahore. Procurement shall be conducted through E-Procurement EPADS under Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure using open competitive bidding and least cost method. Bidders are required to upload PDF bid documents duly signed and stamped along with scanned copy of earnest money equal to 3% of estimated cost in shape of CDR from scheduled bank. Original CDR must be submitted before closing time otherwise online bids shall not be entertained. Financial instruments in hard copy are mandatory in addition to uploaded soft copies. Corrupt unreadable or virus infected bids shall be rejected under Punjab Procurement Rules 2024. No telephonic conditional or bids without earnest money shall be accepted. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
