Procurement of road rehabilitation improvement widening and construction works in District Sahiwal including rehabilitation improvement of roads from GGHSS 45/12-1 to Road 46/12-L via GHSS 45/12-1 - Chichawatni Burewala Road to Chak No.14/11-L - Chichawatni Burewala Road to Chak No.15/11-L - road from Chak No.116/12-L to 104/12-L - road from Pull 50 Kassowal to Graveyard Chak No.50/12-L - road from N-5 to Rikshaw Chowk Chak No.110/12-L - road from Pull 100 to Chak No.17/14-L via 101/12-L and 102/12-L Dera Gujrati - widening of road from Chak No.1/14-L to 38/14-L - metalled road from Kakhan Wala Road to Chak No.114/7-R Ameer Pur - road from Dadfatiana Carpet Road to Old Harappa Road via 109/7-R - road from GPS 114/7-R to Chak No.113/7-R. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and holding valid PEC license for financial year 2025-26 are eligible. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost shall be submitted only in shape of CDR and original CDR must be furnished before opening time otherwise bid shall be treated non-responsive. Successful bidders shall submit 10% performance guarantee in acceptable financial instruments. Contractors are required to quote item rates and total amounts electronically. TST DST surfacing shall be executed through mechanized system and rigid pavement works shall use batching plant and paving machine. Claims shall be processed through Digital Measurement Book. Procuring agency reserves right to reject bids under PPRA Rules 2014.
