Furniture Supply Installation Commissioning Tender Notice
Description
Supply installation testing and commissioning of furniture at PSW Office 1st Floor NTC Building Sector G-5/2 Islamabad. E-bids are invited through EPADS from experienced vendors registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage One Envelope procedure in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidding documents containing detailed terms conditions procurement method submission procedure bid security bid validity opening evaluation criteria clarification rejection and performance guarantee requirements are available through EPADS and PSW website. An online pre-bid meeting shall be conducted through Microsoft Teams on 14 May 2026 at 11:30 hours. Prospective bidders may seek clarifications up to 17 May 2026 through email. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS along with Bid Securing Declaration submitted via email before submission deadline otherwise bids shall be rejected. Bid opening shall take place on the same day electronically.
