Procurement of rehabilitation repair maintenance up-gradation construction and infrastructure works at multiple healthcare and social security facilities including rehabilitation works at DSS Sahiwal - special repair works at SSH Taunsa - rehabilitation works at SSH Gujrat - establishment of operation theatre labour room laboratory and miscellaneous works at SSH Kasur - supply and installation of inverter air conditioners and allied works at CMSD Defence Road Lahore - overhauling and shifting of 200-KVA Perkins generator from KFSSH Multan to SSH Kasur - construction of boundary wall main gates and security guard room at 50 bedded SSH Rahimyar Khan - up-gradation of nursing hostel and daycare center at SSTH Multan Road Lahore - rehabilitation and up-gradation of DSS Sheikhupura - rehabilitation of Sub Office Shah Kot - rehabilitation works at DSS South Defence Road Lahore - reconstruction of boundary wall and special repair works at SSBHU Habibabad Kasur - special repair and maintenance works at SSBHU Defence Road Lahore - special repair works at Nawab Sadiq SSBHU Bahawalpur - repair and maintenance works at SSBHU Bhakkar. Procurement shall be conducted through PPRA E-PADS under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must possess valid PEC PRA NTN certificates and proof of social security contribution for last six months. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in shape of Bank Guarantee is mandatory and original guarantee must be submitted before opening. Procuring agency reserves right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35.
