Upgradation Missing Facilities Development Works Tender Notice
Description
Provision of missing facilities and upgradation works at PSIC Small Industrial Estates including Bahawalpur Mian Channu Khanewal Sahiwal Chakwal Gujar Khan and Taxila under Group-I and Group-VI packages. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab E-Tendering System under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Eligible firms must possess valid PEC registration relevant specialization SECP or firm registration valid tax certificates and undertaking confirming non-blacklisting by Punjab Small Industries Corporation. Earnest money equal to 5% of estimated cost in shape of CDR in favor of Director W&D PSIC Head Office Lahore is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted physically before closing time otherwise bids shall be considered non-responsive. Technical and financial proposals are available free of cost on PPRA and EPADS websites. Bid validity shall remain 180 days from submission date. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Contractors should ensure EPADS registration and physical submission of original CDR before bid closing time to maintain responsiveness.
