Electro Medical Equipment Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of electro medical equipment for PESSI hospitals and directorates under Zone-V for year 2025-26 on Cost Insurance and Freight Basis and Delivered Duty Paid Basis. E-bids are invited from registered bidders on EPADS including active sales tax and income tax registered valid sole or authorized agents of OEMs registered with DRAP PNRA and relevant authorities where applicable. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents containing specifications and instructions are available on PPRA E-PADS and PESSI websites. Original bid security equal to 2% of estimated tender value in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order along with original affidavit on e-stamp paper are mandatory before closing date and time. Procuring agency reserves right to cancel tender under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014.
