Procurement Of Tents For Disaster Management Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of single-fly canvas cloth tents and family tents through e-PADS for Provincial Disaster Management Authority Punjab. Bids are invited from manufacturers, vendors, suppliers and stockists registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Revenue Authority and Professional Tax departments. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Separate bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost for each lot in shape of CDR, demand draft or banker cheque in favor of Director General PDMA is mandatory. Samples of tents must be submitted before closing date of bid. Taxes shall be deducted as per applicable government rules.
