Multimedia Digital Kiosk Systems Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of multimedia marketing setup on existing vehicle and interactive vertical digital kiosk with secure delivery at Head Office TDCP Lahore. Bids are invited from reputable and financially sound firms and suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and E-PADS system. Procurement shall be conducted online through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System under Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated cost in favor of TDCP is mandatory. Generator setup with complete accessories shall be supplied within 30 days of work order issuance. Procuring authority reserves right to reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance.
