Road User Charges Collection Services Tender Notice
Description
Collection of road user charges from commercial vehicles on annual basis for WAPDA Town Lahore. Quotations are invited from eligible bidders registered with FBR and maintaining active taxpayer status with relevant Punjab tax authorities. Charges shall apply on 22-wheel trailers, heavy cargo vehicles, trucks, buses, Mazda, Coaster, tractor trolleys, loader rickshaws, donkey carts, pickups, Hyundai, Shahzore, Mini Mazda, Hiace and Toyota Hilux vehicles. Contract shall be awarded to the highest evaluated bidder offering amount above estimated value of Rs.10 million per year. Bid security equal to 2% of yearly bid amount in shape of call deposit receipt, bank draft or pay order is mandatory. Successful bidder shall deposit 25% contract value within fourteen days, provide 10% performance bond and sign agreement and contractor code of conduct. Procuring authority reserves right to reject quotations or cancel bidding process.
