Widening Improvement Construction Metalled Roads Tender Notice
Description
Tender for widening improvement rehabilitation and construction of multiple metalled roads and missing link roads in Tehsil Yazman District Bahawalpur Tehsil Fortabbas District Bahawalnagar and Tehsil Liaqatpur District Rahim Yar Khan under Cholistan Development Authority Bahawalpur. Works include widening rehabilitation improvement and construction of carpet roads metalled roads rigid pavement and missing link roads at various locations including Zakhira Mor to 133/DNB Kalar Wala Road Adda Makdi to Chak No.75/DB Hend Rajkhan Khutri Bangla Road Dera Nawab to Chak No.74/DNB Kiari Bangla Road to Mithra Road Thandi Khol to Kheer Sar Kud Wala Mansoora Road to 75/DB 148/DB Road to 146/DB Salari Minor Road to Basti Jagan Peer ZKS HR to 290/11R and multiple additional schemes. Procurement process shall be conducted through PPRA E-Tendering System. Interested engineering firms and contractors must possess valid PEC license for FY 2025-26 and registration on Punjab PPRA website. Bid security in the form of CDR amounting to 3% of estimated cost shall be uploaded and original CDR submitted before bid opening. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract amount is mandatory for successful bidders. Contractors shall quote item rates only and percentage bids shall be considered non-responsive. Responsive bids will be opened on 02 June 2026 at 11:30 AM and one scheme on 07 June 2026 at 11:30 AM through PPRA system. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35.
