Medical Lab Technology Microbiology Equipments Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of equipments for Medical Lab Technology and Microbiology under ADP Scheme titled Provision of Infrastructural Academic and Operational Facilities to the University of Rasul Mandi Bahauddin including delivery installation commissioning and maintenance on DDP Duty Delivered Paid basis. Estimated cost is Rs.3,948,060 with bid security Rs.79,000 and bid validity 120 days. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Interested eligible bidders registered on EPADS may download detailed bidding documents from EPADS PPRA Punjab and University of Rasul websites. Technical and financial bids with scanned copy of bid security instrument and affidavit must be submitted online through EPADS. Original bid security and affidavit clearly marked with bidding document number and title must be submitted before deadline in the office of Project Director University of Rasul. Bid security shall be in the form of Pay Order Demand Draft CDR or Bank Guarantee in favor of University of Rasul. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 18 May 2026 at 11:00 AM in Conference Room University of Rasul. Complete bids must be submitted by 25 May 2026 at 11:00 AM and technical bids will be opened on same day at 11:30 AM in Conference Room University of Rasul.
