Procurement Of Submersible Pumps And Allied Accessories Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 6-CFS and 10-CFS submersible pumps along with motor control units and allied accessories for upcoming monsoon season in WASA Lahore and augmentation of G-Block Disposal Station Well No.02 by installation of 06-CFS submersible pumps in Gulberg Town WASA Lahore. Procurement includes supply installation and allied maintenance works for submersible pumping systems. Estimated costs are Rs.4,754,766.80 Rs.4,679,121.60 and Rs.4,745,308.32 with bid security amounting to Rs.142,644 Rs.140,374 and Rs.142,360 respectively in favor of concerned XEN Maintenance WASA Lahore. Procurement shall be conducted through e-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Interested suppliers and contractors registered on e-PADS with valid PEC license category C-6 or above and specialization codes EE11(vi) and ME07(v) may participate. Bids must be submitted online through e-PADS on or before 25 May 2026 at 10:30 AM and technical bids will be opened on same day at 11:00 AM. Original bid security must be submitted before bid submission deadline at office situated opposite 23 Main Gulberg OHR No.1 Lahore. Conditional tenders shall not be accepted and bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids under PPRA Rule 35. Pro Tip Short Paragraph
