Procurement Diesel Generator Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of one diesel generator of 100 KVA 80 KW through e-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for eligible firms companies sole proprietors and suppliers registered with PPRA Income Tax Sales Tax Punjab Sales Tax and PRA authorities. Electronic bids must be uploaded through e-PADS along with bid security amounting to 5% of estimated cost in the form of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bid submission deadline is 25 May 2026 at 10:30 AM and bids will be opened electronically on same day at 11:00 AM. Hard copy submission is also required. Bid validity period shall remain valid for 90 days after submission. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids or scrap bidding process before contract award. Pro Tip Short Paragraph
