Procurement Uniform Kits Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of uniform kits through e-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms companies sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with PPRA Income Tax Sales Tax Punjab Sales Tax and PRA may participate. Bidding documents containing detailed information terms and conditions may be downloaded from PPRA Punjab EPADS and Punjab Wildlife websites. Electronic bids must be uploaded through e-PADS before or on 25 May 2026 at 10:00 AM along with bid security amounting to 3% of estimated cost in the form of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order. Bids will be opened electronically on same day at 10:30 AM and interested bidders may attend opening meeting in office of Project Incharge Immersive Wildlife Experience Cinema and Moving Theatre in Punjab Directorate General Wildlife and Parks Punjab. Bid validity shall remain valid for 90 days after submission. Procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids or scrap bidding process before contract award under PPRA laws.
